The discount code can only be used once per customer and can only be used for purchasing the Dexcom G6 New User Trial Kit. The trial pack purchased using this discount code includes 1 box of Dexcom G6 sensors (3-pack) and 1 transmitter sufficient for a 30-day trial. The discount code is valid only if the Dexcom G6 Sensor Pack and Dexcom G6 Transmitter are purchased in the same single order. NZMS reserves the right to supply sample transmitter stock that may have shorter expiry date. If you are supplied one of these transmitters, they will still have 3 months use provided they are started by the sell by date. Cost is $379.50 inclusive GST or $330 excluding GST. Price does not include shipping costs and credit card fees. The credit card fee is 1.75% and can be avoided by paying via bank transfer. Trial offer is available only to customers who have not previously purchased Dexcom G6 sensors and/or transmitters as determined by NZMS records. The trial pack can only be purchased once. If you purchase the trial pack and NZMS identifies that you do not meet eligibility criteria for the trial NZMS reserves the right to decline the discount code and cancel your order. In this instance NZMS will refund your payment within 5 business days. By purchasing this trial pack, you agree to being contacted by NZMS for feedback on your Dexcom G6 trial.
